This is a difficult question because it all depends on the number of visitors you receive, the size of your blog and how much you’re willing to pay.

The server can cache in it’s memory parts of the site that do not change – such as the CSS.

Website caching is perhaps the biggest single technology to boost website speed and by doing so improve SEO (search engine optimization). By doing so it can increase conversions and user satisfaction if you’re selling services online.
