Herbalife vs Advocare – Which is best and is there an Alternative?

I’m trying to lose weight and gain muscle. Which is best, Herbalife or Advocare?

If you’re looking for an unbiased review of Herbalife or Advocare you’ve come to the right place as I’m not a distributor for their products or trying to sell them myself.

Both Herbalife and Advocare rely on a Distributor or multi-level marketing scheme to drive profits. Therefore their perceived value can be inflated by marketing. Just because these products are popular does not necessarily mean they provide the best nutrition and weight loss supplements.

Herbalife Vs Advocare

First a comparison of the two comparing affordability, calories, taste, sugar content, protein content and other ingredients that may be an issue.

One benefit of Herbalife is the fact that it’s pretty good value for money, costing at around $1.50 per shake or about $1.40 per ounce. Compare this to Advocare which is over $3.00 per shake or about $1.70 per ounce

The calorie content of Herbalife is pretty good at 90 calories per serving and 170 calories with 8 oz of non-fat milk. Advocare on the other hand is 210-220 calories per serving

I think Herbalife shakes are tastier than Advocare’s with others noting their great taste. Although this is subjective and some claim Advocare tastes better. To make the shakes more nutritious and tastier I recommend mixing pro-biotic yogurt and/or a banana into the mix.

Contains higher levels of sodium than Advocare at around 95mg. However this is still lower than many other meal replacement shakes I’ve tried.

The amount of protein in Hermalife is a pathetic 9 grams per serving. Ideally a protein drink should contain at least 15 grams per serving. Protein is important in a meal replacement shake because Protein provides energy throughout the day, muscle-building amino acids, and aids in weight loss

Advocare Pros and Cons

Advocare is fairly high in fiber compared to most meal replacement shakes and contains 6 grams of fiber. This is twice as high as Herbalife which contains only 3 grams of fiber.

Fiber aids in weight loss by helping you achieve a more healthy metabolism. Studies also have shown that high-fiber foods may have other heart-health benefits, such as reducing blood pressure and inflammation and helping control blood sugar level.

While Herbalife only contains 9 grams of protein per serving, Advocare contains 24 grams of protein.

It seems odd that a meal replacement shake would contain a high colaory content of 220 calories per serving, particularly when the main objective is to lose weight.

AdvoCare is very expensive for what you get with a number of customers complaining about the price. I wouldn’t mind if AdvoCare was delivering a great protein drink but at about $3.50 per serving this is way too much.

Most of the ingredients in Isagenix products are harmless and their products are on the whole good for you. • You may not trust the other person. It can be difficult to trust the other person over long periods of time. This can lead to doubt and accusations.
• It can be frustrating. Not being with someone both physically and intimately can be very frustrating.
• Lack of patience. Some couples do not have the patience to stay the course and wait until they’re together
• Time together is more rewarding. The time that you spend together when you are together will be more rewarding if you have waited first.

No, this is a scam that’s going around on Instagram and other social media sites. It’s hard to believe people fall for this obvious scam but people do. It’s sometimes called the Money Pak Scam.

You will find a variety of pictures on Instagram that claim you can turn a small investment of $100, $200, $300, $400 or more into sums of $1,000 $2,000, $3,000 and so on using a simple hack or by exploiting a quirk in the monetary system .

They may even provide so called “text proof” that the Money Flip Works. It’s not exclusive to Instagram and has seen on Facebook. The scam goes a bit like this.

The scammers claim that they use special software to hack into the servers of Western Union, Green Dot, or MoneyGram and then they manipulate the amount of money in their computer system. They will then ask for a few minutes to “hack into the system” and flip the money you invested.

One such message read:

I am Debby from Abuja Nigeria. I work at Western Union and money gram flip cash Investment tip (Flip cash) is the process whereby the amount you flip is multiplied by 3 through the process of crypto currency. If you invest with us 30% we be yours while 30% we be mine and the 40% we be for the investment company.

What they ask you to do is send money through Western Union, Green Dot, or MoneyGram. Right there you need to stop. You cannot just manufacture money out of nothing.

If you send money throough any of these money transfer companies and don’t notify them before they pick up your money, you’re out of luck. They will then take your money and claim they will flip it and make more, then they will just block you and delete all of your comments trying to warn people about this scam.

As one commenter put it below “Wire transfer companies don’t manufacture money out of thin air. Even if it were possible to modify the amount of the transfer (it isn’t, there are too many safeguards), it would be a crime!. People who fall for this and then call the transfer company asking for help are basically saying, ‘Hello, I tried to defraud you and it didn’t work, will you give me back my money?’
